China Exported US$ 23.27 Billion Worth of Textiles and Apparel in April

According to customs statistics, in April, China exported over US$ 12.15 billion worth of textile yarns, fabrics and related products. From January to April, China’s exports of textile yarns, fabrics and related products totaled over US$ 43.96 billion, up by 18% year-on-year.

In April, China’s exports of apparel and accessories were more than US$ 11.12 billion. From January to April, the exports of China’s apparel and accessories reached over US$ 44.41 billion, surged by 51.7% year-on-year.

In April 2021, China imported more than US$ 1.47 billion worth of textile yarns, fabrics and products. From January to April, China’s imports of textile yarns, fabrics and products totaled more than US$ 5.04 billion, down 0.5% year-on-year.
