Capacitive sensors
The capacitive sensor is used to convert non-electrical change into electrical change.
The capacitive sensor is widely used in textile machines.
1.ZCS1100 Precision capacitive displacement sensor. The sensor can make online detection on the piezoelectric micro-displacement, shaking table, electron microscopy tuning, fine tuning the telescope lens, precision micro-displacement measurement and etc.. The sensor is a single-channel with high-performance linear displacement measuring systems.Innovative capacitive displacement measurement technology provided nanometer measurement capability, making it be of cost advantages and suitable for measuring any conductive target.
2.FWS-CⅡ- online capacitive moisture detection sensor is used to make an online test on various working machinery hydraulic, lubrication system moisture content , especially the external water easily penetrate the interior machine rolling mill, paper machines, turbines, ship machinery. This sensor is used to monitor circulating oil system for leaks, water cooler and etc..
3.FW-C1 capacitance lubricants online monitoring sensors. This sensor can accurately determine the degree of pollution lubricants online, including the oxidation degree, moisture, and other mechanical chemical impurity contamination level. Therefore they can accurately measure lubricants quality, determine necessity to replace the lubricants oil, which can save fuel as well as predict equipment failure .It is a key device management to change the traditional lubricants oil change schedule and to achieve the key components according to quality oil change.
4.Capacitive pressure sensor
5.Acceleration sensor
6.Differential capacitive thickness measurement sensor
Principles
Capacitive sensors, also known as capacitive level meter, of which meter capacitive detection element works under a principle of cylindrical capacitor. The capacitor is composed by two insulation coaxial cylindrical plate and outer electrodes. When filled with a dielectric constant electrolyte e between the two tubes, the capacitance between the two cylinders is C = 2ΠeL / lnD / d. L is the length of the two tubular portions overlap each other; D is the outer cylinder electrode diameter; d is the diameter of the inner cylindrical electrode; e is the dielectric constant of an intermediate medium. In the actual measurement, D, d, e don’t change, so we can know the level measured at the level of C, which indicates that the capacitive sensor is characterized with easy use, simple structured, high sensitivity, and affordable price.
