5S, derived from one of management systems in Japan, is an effective management above personnel, machines, materials, approaches and other production elements. As a special management approach among Japanese enterprises, the word 5S is derived from the first alphabet of Roman letters Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, abbreviated as 5S.
Following the 5S Concept, Reyes Asia Co., Ltd.’ 5S committee leads and helps to implement this long term objective which we believe is a key point for the progress of our company.

Standardize—How to standardize the 5S system into every detail is the best power for the first 3S achievements.
Shine—Clean the factory and keep it tidy and shine in order to maintain the quality and reduce industrial injury.
Sustain—Good habit makes good principles. Great teamwork creates great future.
